Building Management Systems are micro processor outstations that can be configured to provide bespoke control solutions for heating, ventilating, air conditioning or process control. The systems can then be viewed and/or adjusted via user friendly interface mediums such as Embedded Web Sites, Animated PC Screens or by simple panel mounted Keypads. Standard functions of these machines include Temperature Histories, Plant Switching Histories, Metering, Hours Run, Duty Standby, Analogue and Digital Plant Control, Compensation, Optimisation and Alarm Monitoring and Handling.

Compensation The system automatically varies the radiator temperature with respect to the outside air temperature. (The radiators get hotter as outside gets colder) |

|
Sequencing The system can sequence multiple plant stages on boilers, chillers etc, to provide smooth and efficient control, that will also reduce the maintenance required on that plant. |
