Building Management
Systems
(BMS or EMS) are micro processor outstations that can be configured to
provide bespoke control solutions for heating, ventilating,
air conditioning or process control.
The systems can then
be viewed and/or adjusted via user friendly interface mediums such
as Embedded Web Sites, Animated PC Screens or by simple panel
mounted Keypads.
Standard functions of
these BMS Controls include Temperature Histories, Plant Switching
Histories, Metering, Hours Run, Duty Standby, Analogue and Digital
Plant Control, Compensation, Optimisation and Alarm Monitoring and
Handling.
